Staff is so cool, food is delish, all reasonably priced. Definitely will return. Despite how busy it was, I didn't have to wait forever for my food. I highly recommend you season the ribs snd wings some more.

101 Ocean is quickly becoming my favorite brunch spot! I really enjoy my solo brunches here. Sometimes I'll bring my iPad so I can feel productive and try to get some work done. But, who am I kidding? I'm only there for the food! The plantain-crusted grouper has me in a bit of a chokehold. Everything I've tried here is delicious. Service was slightly icy on one occasion, but it was a holiday and a bit busy so I think they were doing their best. Even though it's located in an area with a lot of tourists, nothing about it feels like a tourist trap. Drinks and food are absolutely outstanding. Try the blueberry basil margarita!

6/22/2024-wow went for lunch. I had the blackened mahi. G had the fried grouper the sandwiches large both came with/ ff, Cole slaw. Good service too

Where do I start ... from the time I arrived I could tell I was going to have a pleasant experience. The hostess was so sweet and helpful. We had a 20 min wait to sit outside so we went to the bar which was jam packed to order a drink. Both the bar tenders that were there tried to help us immediately, we ended up not having to order at the bar because our table was ready that quickly .. The food wowwwwwww.. we ordered some of the happy hour menu items and let's just say we were super impressed. The spinach and crab dip was sooo tasty, the bruschetta was probably the best I have ever had, the mussels were so soft and tasty- even the sauce was made to a pure perfection, lastly the arguabla and prosciutto flatbread were amazing. The ambiance was casual and very inviting. Our waiter was so entertaining and funny really helped us to just enjoy the moment. Plus side is it's a few feet from the beach so u can eat and then go relax on the beach or visa versa .. We will certainly be back again! Thanks 101 ocean for the amazing food, vibes and overall experience .. if I could I would give u a 10/10

I only came for happy hour, I believe it's from 4-7. The margaritas was 5 bucks. The beach is a few steps away, great place to grab a drink and enjoy on the beach.

Service provided and also vastly exceeded our expectations by Chris . He is an outstanding person and server . This business holds true to its reputation and has earned another returning and boisterous client .

Happy hour drinks are cheap, the food is surprisingly good, the service is decent (not top tier, but they're busy). The ambiance inside is OK, could be a bit cuter/cozier. The seating outside needs a little love. If you want to dine during/around happy hour, you're probably better off eating inside. The high tops outside are a bit wonky, the passerbys will ask you to get up/go to the side for strollers, and the seats are not comfortable. Just some feedback, but love this spot!

This is such a nice establishment. Right on the corner of El Mar and Commercial. Outdoor seating or indoor. The staff is always so happy and friendly. To very important things in the food industry other than quality. Happy hour was fun I had a beer and the wife had a happy hour cocktail. We also enjoyed the crab and spinach dip and some delicious hummus. Presentation was perfect. Very affordable for drinks and some very filling appetizers. Waitstaff very attentive as we're the Bar Staff. Such a pleasure to visit this spot always. Give them a try. I think you will be happy with your choice.
